When you purchase a template from UseOfficeToolkit, you receive a license to use that template under the following terms. Please read this agreement carefully.
What You CAN Do
- Use templates for personal projects
- Use templates for commercial/business projects
- Modify templates to fit your needs
- Use templates for client work
- Create derivative works for your own use
- Use templates across multiple devices
What You CANNOT Do
- Resell or redistribute templates as-is
- Share templates with others outside your organization
- Claim templates as your own original work
- Use templates for illegal purposes
- Remove copyright notices from templates
- Create competing template products
License Types
Standard License (Included with all purchases):
- Use for unlimited personal and commercial projects
- Modify templates as needed for your specific use case
- Use across all your devices and team members within your organization
Extended License
For businesses that need broader distribution rights (e.g., incorporating templates into products for resale), please contact us for an extended license agreement.
Intellectual Property
All templates remain the intellectual property of UseOfficeToolkit. The license grants you usage rights but does not transfer ownership. We retain all copyright and design rights.
Updates and Support
License includes:
- Lifetime access to the purchased template version
- Free updates for the specific template purchased
- Email support for technical issues
Termination
This license is automatically terminated if you violate any of the restrictions outlined above. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the template and delete all copies.
