How do I download my purchased template?
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your downloads from your account dashboard. The link remains valid for 30 days. If you need a new link, please contact our support team.
Which Excel versions are compatible with your templates?
Our templates are compatible with Microsoft Excel 365, 2021, 2019, and 2016. They work on both Windows and Mac. Some templates also work with Google Sheets, though advanced features may have limited functionality.
Can I use the templates for commercial purposes?
Yes! All our templates come with a commercial license. You can use them for your business, clients, and projects. However, you cannot redistribute or resell the templates themselves. See our License page for full details.
Do you offer refunds?

First, try opening the template in the latest version of Excel. If the issue persists, please contact our support team with details about your Excel version, operating system, and a description of the problem. We typically respond within 24 hours.
