- The template does not match its description
- You accidentally purchased the wrong template
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after 14 days from purchase
- Templates that have been extensively used or modified
- Purchases made during promotional sales (unless defective)
- Issues caused by incompatible software versions
